I acknowledge that I was introduced to the Company by Riyadex Financial Services L.L.C (the “Introducer”), a company registered in the United Arab Emirates with registered office at 17th Floor, Office 1701 & 1704, Aspin Commercial Tower, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, licensed and regulated by the Capital Market Authority (CMA) of the United Arab Emirates under Category Five (Arrangement and Advice) to carry on the regulated activity of Introduction, licence number 220200000366.

The Introducer acts solely as an introducer: it does not hold or control client money or assets, does not receive or transmit orders, does not execute transactions, and is not a party to my agreement with the Company. The introduction is not investment advice, a personal recommendation or a solicitation. No guarantee of any return, profit or outcome has been given to me, and my decision to open an account is made independently and on my own assessment.

I understand that my live trading account is opened, operated and held with Riyadex Financials (Pty) Ltd, a company regulated by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) of South Africa under FSP No. 52504, registered at 1 Edgemere Road, Elfindale, Cape Town, Western Cape 7945, South Africa.

My client relationship, my funds and the execution of my trades are therefore governed by the rules of the FSCA and by my agreement with that entity — not by the UAE regulatory framework. Any protections, compensation arrangements or dispute-resolution routes available to me are those of the jurisdiction in which my account is held. The Introducer is not responsible for the services, solvency or conduct of the Company.

I consent to the Introducer sharing the details I provide here — including my name, email address, telephone number and country of residence — with Riyadex Financials (Pty) Ltd and its affiliates, for the purpose of opening and administering my account, verifying my identity, and meeting KYC, AML and other legal obligations.

I understand this may involve my data being transferred outside the UAE, and that it will be handled in line with the Privacy Policy. I confirm the information I provide is true, accurate and complete, and that I will update it if it changes.

I confirm that I have read, understood and agree to the Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy and the Risk Disclosure.

I understand that trading leveraged products such as Forex and CFDs carries a high level of risk, may not be suitable for all investors, and can result in the loss of my capital. I am acting on my own judgement and am not relying on any statement made by the Introducer.
